TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and charged on a per night basis.
15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) are included in all rates and fees.
50% deposit required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to stay.
A minimum stay of two nights is required on weekends. Mid-week and Exclusive Use number of nights are negotiable.
Check-in is at 2pm, check-out at 11am.
Payment of deposit is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We have a strict no party. Any breach of this policy will result in the immediate eviction of guests and forfeiture of booking payment. Subsequent cleaning and/or repair costs will be charged.
Guests wishing to stay on Christmas Day will need to check-in prior to, or on 24 December as we will not schedule arrivals or departures on 25 December (Christmas Day).
Cancellations
a transaction fee of NZ$250.00 will apply for cancellations made between 90-31 days prior to arrival
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following policies apply:
a 50% cancellation fee applies for each night cancelled where cancellations are made between 30-8 days prior to arrival
a 100% cancellation fee applies for each night cancelled where cancellations are made 7 days or less prior to arrival, or for ‘no shows’
